This professional development course, hosted in Budapest, is designed to empower educators, school leaders, and counselors with the practical tools and empathetic strategies needed to build truly inclusive learning environments.

By the end of this training, participants will be able to:

  • Analyze the impact of school climate on the academic and emotional success of LGBTQ+ students.
  • Implement inclusive classroom management techniques.
  • Navigate challenging conversations with parents, colleagues, and administration regarding diversity.
  • Create an “Inclusion Action Plan” specifically tailored to the needs of their home institution.
  • Network with a European community of like-minded educators to share best practices and resources.

Course Methodology :

Our courses, developed in the framework established by the Erasmus+ Programme, are crafted to include both formal and non-formal education methodologies. This training course is based on non-formal learning methodologies including:

  • Analysis of study cases
  • Role-plays
  • Technical visits to local private and public institutions
  • Conferences with local professionals to exchange good practices
  • Workshops to rethink old practices and introduce new ones.
